Red Pepper Hummus

It’s game day and you need that perfect game day snackage to go along with it. Look no further we have done all the looking/creating for you. So sit back relax and get ready to cheer on your Toronto Blue Jays to victory as they go into game 3 of the ALCS.

Our first recipe for you in this two part game day recipe series is a super yummy, super easy classic red pepper hummus. It’s light and refreshing and takes about 10 minutes to make.

Red Pepper Hummus

Prep Time 10 minutes
Servings 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 3 roasted red peppers from jar
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tsp cumin

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor. Process until smooth.
  • Top with diced roasted red pepper and sprinkle with smoked paprika.
  • Side with toasted pita bread and nacho chips.
