Ingredients
Dip Layers
1cupgreen leaf lettuce, shredded
1largetomato, diced
1/2cupsalsa
1/3cupdaiya cheddar shreds
1/3cupdaiya mozzarella shreds
1/3cupsliced black olives
Mushroom Medley
1/2white onion, diced
4clovegarlic, minced
2cupsmushrooms, diced
1tbspavocado oil
1tbspsmoked paprika
1tbspcumin
1tsphot chili powder
1lime, juiced
Lime Cilantro Sour Cream
2cupsvegan sour cream
1lime . juiced
1tbspfresh cilantro, finely minced
Instructions
To make your mushroom medley heat your pan with the avocado oil then add garlic and onion. Sautee for about 1 minute with the lid on so the onions can wilt. Add in the mushrooms and sautee for 1-2 minutes with the lid on. Add your spices and lime juice and toss until coated. Seat aside to cool.
To make the sour cream combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Set aside.
Layer your dip starting with your mushroom medley, then sour cream, salsa, cheeses, lettuce, tomato, and black olives.
Dip, eat, and enjoy.
Notes
This recipe was designed for a very deep bowl, we recommend turning this into two dips using pie dishes, or make one but cutting back the totals of the ingredients.
