Heat your oil in a deep pot and allow that to melt on medium heat. Add one kernel in and allow that to pop. Once popped add the rest of the kernels and shake until all the kernels are popped. Or until there are long pauses between popping.
Lay out your popcorn on a large baking sheet in a single layer and set in the fridge to cool while you melt your chocolate.
Drizzle your popcorn with the melted chocolate and once again cool in fridge for about 10-15 minutes.
Once cooled add the rest of the ingredients, including the popcorn, and toss until all mixed together.
