Ingredients
1cupred leaf lettucechopped
1cupkalechopped
½cupcherry tomatoeshalved
¼cupcucumber slicesquartered
¼cupyellow bell peppersdiced
⅓cuphomemade croutons
Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1tbspolive oil
½tbspbalsamic vinegar
½tspyellow mustard
pinchof pepper
Toasted Sesame Dressing
1tbspsesame oil
½tbspapple cider vinegar
¼tbspcoconut aminos
1tspsesame seeds
Creamy Dijon Dressing
1tbspdijon mustard
½tbspvegan mayo
pinchsalt and pepper
¾tbspwhite wine vinegar
Instructions
Chop all ingredients and set aside.
Add all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix together with a small whisk or fork.
If taking to go: pour dressing first, at the bottom of the mason jar. After that later your salad components; lettuce, kale, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers and croutons.
If eating immediately: add ingredients to jar, dress with the dressing and shake to coat.
