Chunky Green Hummus

Ingredients

can chickpeas

cup
kale
1/2
cup
cilantro
1/3
cup
green onion
1
jalapeno
1
clove
garlic
1/4
cup
tahini
1
lime
juiced
2
tbsp
avocado oil
1/4
cup
water
pinch
of salt
Instructions
Drain and rinse a can of chickpeas.
To a food processor add your chickpeas, kale, cilantro, green onion, jalapeno, garlic, tahini and lime juice and process until chunky.
Add your oil and water to the food processor and process until smoother. It should still be chunky just creamier now.
Serve with toasted pita, vegetables and tortilla chips.
