Tahini Cardamom Stovetop Granola

Instructions
In a bowl combine oats, currants, pepita seeds, walnuts and sesame seeds.
In a separate bowl combine maple syrup, tahini, cardamom, nutmeg and salt. Whisk until combined.
Pour the wet over the dry and toss until coated.
Place in a cast iron skillet on medium heat and stir until golden (approx. 10 minutes).
Serve as desired.
