3-Ingredient Chocolate Mousse
Just three ingredients and you have a delicious, decadent Chocolate Mousse dessert!

(1/2 cup) can sugar

dark chocolate
+ more for topping

baking powder
Instructions
Melt chocolate over using a double-boiler. Set aside.
In a stand mixer add aquafaba and mix until soft peaks. Once it reaches soft peaks, beat in sugar 1 spoonful at a time. Mix until stiff peaks.**
Fold in the slightly cooled chocolate until combined. Sprinkle in baking powder and fold until combined.
Add the mousse to cups and chill at least 20 minutes. Serve with shaved chocolate.

*liquid from can of chickpeas
**stiff peaks is when you can pull out the beater and none of the meringue peaks collapse over
