Creamy, chocolate-y and super decadent. You would never know this Avocado Chocolate Pudding has avocado…
Chocolate pudding is one of those amazing comfort foods that just instantly bring you back to your childhood. We can’t tell you how many times we begged our parents to buy chocolate pudding from the grocery store when we were kids. Those moments you’d open your lunch box to find a chocolate pudding was easily some of the best lunches of childhood. So we took those moments and translated it to a healthier adult-version of one of our favourite snacks.
This recipe for Avocado Chocolate Pudding is amazing in that it’s main component is actually avocados but no one would ever be able to tell, well aside from reading the name. We have tested this recipe multiple times, on multiple people and none are able to identify that there is avocado in it. The avocado adds the right amount of creaminess needed to create a decadent dessert, while providing healthy fats and nutrients.
