The name says it all, this dip is chunky, very green and full of delicious chickpeas. The perfect combination of flavours with a hint of spice. What the name doesn’t say is just how delicious this dip is. It doesn’t say that you’ll want to make it every single day when you taste how good it is.
Serve our Chunky Green Hummus at your next party and watch it disappear. Everyone will be begging you for the recipe.

Chunky Green HummusPrint
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1 cup kale
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1/3 cup green onion
- 1 jalapeno
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1/4 cup water
- pinch of salt
- Drain and rinse a can of chickpeas.
- To a food processor add your chickpeas, kale, cilantro, green onion, jalapeno, garlic, tahini and lime juice and process until chunky.
- Add your oil and water to the food processor and process until smoother. It should still be chunky just creamier now.
- Serve with toasted pita, vegetables and tortilla chips.
