Vegan Big Mac Poutine

Big Macs were always one of our favourite things before going vegan. It’s what I (Kat) craved the most when I originally went vegetarian in high school. The Mac sauce is one of the best sauces ever so we thought hey let’s veganize it.

Instead of just making a vegan BIg Mac sandwich, we decided to up the game and combine two of our favourite things. Big Macs and poutine.

You heard that right. We took all that is great about a Big Mac and combined it with our poutine. Together it is one of the best combinations you will ever try.

  1. Thank you so much! So happy you enjoyed it. One of our favourites.

  2. Good grief, was this ever good! And a lot easier and faster to come together than I initially thought it would be. We don’t have vegan cheese curds where I live, so I subbed torn chunks of Miyoko’s Mozzarella. That sauce is spot on. Thanks for making my dinner delicious!

  3. Reading this made me sooo hungry! Will definitely be trying this out! -G

  4. Thank you so much!! We thought the same when it popped in our head and it is super yummy. Let us know how it is when you try it out. 🙂
