Tropical Smoothie

Mornings can be hard. You could get a boost from coffee, but why, when you could get the same boost from a healthy smoothie? This perfectly colourful tropical smoothie is sunshine in a jar, both in look and taste. If you can’t get a boost from this smoothie, we don’t know what will work.

Full of delicious tropical flavours like mango, peaches and pineapple. Escape those cold winter days with a splash of the tropics. Keep frozen fruit in your freezer year round and you’ll have this perfect smoothie with it. Not to mention, frozen fruit is at its peak ripeness, so not only will you have the fruit but they will also be super delicious.

The smoothie’s liquid base is coconut water and we cannot tell you how much we love coconut water. It keeps you hydrated and it is filled with electrolytes – ideal for those hot summer days. If a tropical smoothie isn’t your thing, don’t worry! We have two more smoothie recipes that went live today. Be sure to check them out here: Avocado Chocolate Smoothie and Berry Beet Smoothie.
