Christmas Leftover Poutine – crispy fries topped with leftover Christmas dinner including vegan turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and vegan gravy.

Ingredients
650g(1 bag) frozen fries
1/2cuppeas and corn
1/2cupBrussels sprouts
1/4cupcranberry sauce
1cupchopped vegan turkey
1/2cupstuffing
200gcheese curds
1½cupsgravy
Instructions
Cook your fries according to the package, or in the air fryer if you have one.
While the fries cook reheat the gravy in a saucepan over medium heat. Keep it on the heat until right before you're ready to pour over the fries for ultimate cheesy, meltiness.
Reheat peas and corn, brussels sprouts, turkey, and stuffing in the microwave until warm. Alternatively you can reheat in the oven or on a stovetop.
When everything is warm and ready, add fries to a bowl top with peas, corn, Brussels sprouts, chopped turkey, stuffing and cheese curds. Pour over hot gravy to melt the cheese. Dollop with cranberry sauce and serve.
