60g(4 tbsp) chia seeds
240mL(1 cup) non-dairy milk
5mL(1 tsp) vanilla extract
2½mL(½ tsp) almond extract
10mL(2 tsp) maple syrup
pinchsalt

Instructions
Combine all ingredients (except sprinkles) and allow to set in the fridge. You may want to mix it up again after 10 minutes to avoid chia seeds falling to the bottom. Let set in the fridge at least 45-60 minutes.
