Ingredients
120g(2 small) overripe bananas
2flax eggs(2 tbsp ground flaxseed + 6 tbsp water)
80mL(⅓ cup) vegetable oil
50g(¼ cup) brown sugar
30mL(2 tbsp) non-dairy milk
180g(1½ cups) all-purpose flour
3g(½ tsp) baking soda
5g(1 tsp) baking powder

Instructions
In a large bowl mash bananas until creamy, you want as little chunks as possible.
Add flax eggs, vegetable oil, sugar, and non-dairy milk - mix until smooth.
Add all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt- mix until combined.
Preheat your waffle iron and spray with non-stick spray if it needs it. Add about 1 cup of batter to waffle iron (adjust depending on the size of your waffle maker). Close the waffle iron and cook for 5-7 minutes or based on your waffle maker's instructions. You want the waffles fully cooked throughout and to have a crispy outer crust.
