2beyond meat burgers
3tbspbbq sauce
2slicesvegan cheese
Ranch Mayo:
42g(3 tbsp) vegan mayo
10mL(2 tsp) apple cider vinegar
1tspdried dill
1tspdried chives
1/2tsponion powder
1/2tspgarlic powder
salt & pepper
For Topping:
boston lettuceshredded (or green leaf)
dill picklessliced
tomatosliced
crispy onions
Instructions
Prepare ranch mayo by combining all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Set aside.
Preheat a grill to high heat (if you don't have a grill you can use a cast iron pan on the stove).
Flatten the beyond patties until they are the size of the buns, season with salt and pepper.
Grill beyond burgers until golden and desired done-ness.
Brush patties with bbq sauce and grill an additional 1 minute on each side. Grill the buns until slightly charred.
Turn off the grill and place a slice of vegan cheese on each patty, closing the grill to allow the warmth to melt the cheese for a few minutes.
Construct the burgers with the patties, toasted buns, mayo, and additional toppings.
