Ingredients
10vanilla wafer cookies
150gdark chocolate chunks
Instructions
Cut each wafer cookie in half length-wise.
Using a double boiler (or a heatproof mixing bowl on a pot of boiling water) melt the dark chocolate until smooth.
Dip each wafer cookie in chocolate and gently toss to coat using forks. Life the wafer cookie and allow the excess chocolate to drip off. Place on a lined baking sheet and repeat to all the wafer cookies. You can leave each cookie separate, or place two next to each other to make the traditional looking KitKat bar with two pieces.
Place baking sheet with coated wafers in the freezer to set for 15-20 minutes. Once set, store in an air-tight container in the freezer.
