Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in a deep pot and allow that to melt on medium heat. Add one kernel in and allow that to pop. Once popped add the rest of the kernels and shake until all the kernels are popped. Or until there are long pauses between popping.
Add your popcorn to a large bowl and set aside.
Melt your remaining coconut oil and mix with the liquid smoke. Toss your popcorn in the oil mixture. Now is the time to add more liquid smoke if the taste is not to your liking.
Cook up your vegan bacon, if it needs to be cooked and cut into bacon bit sized.
Add the remaining ingredients, including the vegan bacon, to your popcorn and toss until mixed together.
