Ingredients
1
head of cauliflower
2
cups
all purpose flour
1
cup
water
1
cup
non-dairy milk
1
tbsp
smoked paprika
1
tbsp
garlic powder
1
tbsp
onion powder
2
cups
panko bread crumbs
2
cups
your favourite bbq sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
In a large bowl combine your flour, milk, water and spices. Whisk until combined. Set aside.
In a medium sized bowl add your panko bread crumbs and set aside.
Chop your cauliflower into bite sized pieces and add them to your batter. Toss until all your pieces are covered in batter.
Toss each of your coated cauliflower pieces in your panko mixture and layer onto a lined baking sheet.
Bake for about 40-50 hour, flipping half way through. Once done toss in your bbq sauce and place back on your baking sheet.
Bake for another 10-20 minutes until nice and crispy.
Serve with some vegan blue cheese dip and enjoy!
