Ingredients
134g(2 cups) baby spinach
480mL(2 cups) soy milk
140g(1 cup) frozen mango
140g(1 cup) frozen pineapple
105g(1) banana
8g(1") knob ginger
15mL(1/2) lemonjuiced
Instructions
To a blender add kale and soy milk. Blend until you don't see any more leafy green pieces. This step is especially important if you don't have a high speed blender.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
