15mL(1 tbsp) olive oil
5g(1 tsp) garlic powder
5g(1/4 cup) parsley, chopped
pinchsalt & pepper
Preheat oven to 300F.
Place sliced baguette on a baking sheet and place in the oven and bake until crispy - about 10 minutes.
While the baguette bakes, prepare the peas. To a pan on medium heat add green peas and cook until thawed. To the peas, add oil, garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for about 5 minutes.
Top toasted baguette with grean pea mixture and serve.
