potatoes
chopped

(2 tbsp) oil

(1 tsp) smoked paprika
3

(1 tsp) garlic powder
3

(1 tsp) onion powder
3
g
fresh thyme
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F
Add the chopped potatoes to the baking dish and toss with oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, fresh thyme, salt and pepper.
Bake in pre-heated oven without touching for 30 minutes. Gently toss/flip potatoes and cook an additional 5 minutes.
Change your oven to broil at 450°F and cook for 5-7 minutes until crispy. Serve warm.
