Ingredients
350g(1 block) extra firm tofu
15g(2 tbsp) cornstarch
7g(2 tbsp) nutritional yeast
1g(1 tsp) Italian seasoning
1g(½ tsp) garlic powder
1g(½ tsp) onion powder
salt & pepperto taste
non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
To a bowl combine cornstarch, nutritional yeast, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Cut tofu into 1cm cubes and add to bowl with dry mix. Toss until each piece of tofu is coated evenly in the cornstarch mixture.
Place in your air fryer with space between each cube. Spritz with a light layer of non-stick cooking spray and air fryer at 400°F for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
