1cuppizza sauce
6-7slicesvegan mozzarella
100gvegan pepperoni
Instructions
Preheat 425F
Cut the sliced cheese into tiny cubes. Slice vegan pepperoni in small cubes like the cheese.
Place bagel haves on a lined baking sheet.
Spread pizza sauce on bagels. Top with cubed cheese and cubed pepperoni.
Bake for about 12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Put it on broil for a couple minutes if needed.
