Flaky, nutty, and perfectly golden brown. These twists are packed full of flavour and require basically no work at all. Perfect serve as an appetizer for any party or on the side to a delicious pasta dish.

1/4cupmelted vegan butter
salt & pepper, to taste
1cupvegan bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 400F.
Roll puff pastry to about 1/4" thick. Cut into 1" strips and set aside.
To a food processor add pesto ingredients and process until almost smooth. You still want a couple chunks for texture.
Spread pesto along each strip. To twist, fold in half length-wise and twist until desired. To get a visual of what we are doing in this step, please see the video below. Place on a lined baking sheet and set aside.
To a food process add crumb topping ingredients and process until you get a bread crumb consistency.
Brush each twist with melted butter and dust with the crumb topping. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
