Ingredients
Vanilla Layer
30g(2 tbsp) chia seeds
120mL(½ cup) non-dairy milk
2½mL(½ tsp) vanilla extract
5mL(1 tsp) maple syrup
pinchsalt
Chocolate Layer
30g(2 tbsp) chia seeds
120mL(½ cup) non-dairy milk
7g(1 tbsp) cacao powder
5mL(1 tsp) maple syrup
pinchsalt
Strawberry Layer
30g(2 tbsp) chia seeds
120mL(½ cup) non-dairy milk
2-3strawberries
5mL(1 tsp) maple syrup
pinchsalt
Instructions
To make vanilla layer:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl or mason jar and place in the fridge to set. You may want to mix it up again after 10 minutes to avoid chia seeds falling to the bottom. Let set in the fridge at least 45-60 minutes.
To make chocolate layer:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl or mason jar and place in the fridge to set. You may want to mix it up again after 10 minutes to avoid chia seeds falling to the bottom. Let set in the fridge at least 45-60 minutes.
To make strawberry layer:
To a blender or food processor add non-dairy milk and strawberries. Blend until smooth. You can add more strawberries if you want a more intense strawberry flavour.
Mix the strawberry milk with the remaining ingredients and place in the fridge to set. You may want to mix it up again after 10 minutes to avoid chia seeds falling to the bottom. Let set in the fridge at least 45-60 minutes.
To make neopolitan chia pudding:
Once the chia puddings have thickened layer each flavour into another jar making the neopolitan flavour.
