Classic Cauliflower Wings

Cauliflower wings are seriously one of our favourite things. We each probably have them at least once a week because they are the perfect comfort food. You are still eating a good amount of vegetables but they are baked in crispy breading and smothered in barbecue sauce. Is there anything more perfect?

We posted two recipes for cauliflower wings in the pat, but since then we have updated our recipe and we wanted to share it with you, so that everyone can enjoy it. This recipe is the perfect substitution for buffalo wings and dipped in a vegan blue cheese adds even more flavour.

They are baked to make them a little healthier than the fried version, however we feel like they would be super delicious deep fried or air-fried as well, because what even are new year’s resolutions? The best way to enjoy cauliflower wings is really whenever, but especially at a party as an appetizer or for the big game (hockey obviously).

This video is part of a two part video day, because not only did we make you this amazing recipe but we also channeled our inner Sean Evans of Hot Ones and did an awesome Q&A video where we tortured ourselves by eating ridiculously hot cauliflower wings. Yea, we are silly sometimes. You can check out our Q&A here.
